Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Ministers DSBV Swamy, Ponguru Narayana, and Gottipati Ravi Kumar visited Amaravati to review the progress of the capital city's ongoing infrastructure development projects.
During the visit, the ministers inspected the construction of key infrastructure, including major roads, the Iconic Towers, and the MLA Quarters, and reviewed the pace and quality of the works being executed.
Speaking after the inspection, Minister DSBV Swamy expressed satisfaction with the progress, stating that Amaravati is taking shape as a modern, world-class, and highly livable capital city.
He said that the first Diamond section of the Iconic Towers has been completed, marking an important milestone in the construction of one of Amaravati's landmark government complexes. According to the Minister, work is progressing rapidly, with a target of completing 12 floors by December.
The ministers also reviewed the ongoing construction of the MLA residential quarters, which are nearing completion, along with other government infrastructure projects.
Highlighting Amaravati's long-term vision, the Minister said the capital region would soon receive a further boost with the development of an international airport, improving regional and global connectivity.
The Andhra Pradesh Government continues to accelerate infrastructure development in Amaravati through roads, public buildings, residential complexes, and institutional projects aimed at transforming the capital into a globally competitive urban center.
