New Delhi/Chirala: In a major boost to Andhra Pradesh's tourism and hospitality sector, global hospitality company Accor and Andhra Pradesh-based Sri Bhramara Group signed an agreement on Friday to develop a Novotel Beachfront Hotel at Gavinivaripalem near Chirala.
The agreement signing ceremony was attended by Sri Bhramara Group Managing Director Galla Ramachandra Raoand Chirala MLA Galla Madhavi.
The project, with an estimated investment of ₹250 crore, is expected to become one of the largest internationally branded hospitality developments along the Andhra Pradesh coastline.
The beachfront hotel will be developed on 3.15 acres and will feature 225 to 250 guest rooms and suites, along with premium facilities including modern restaurants, banquet and conference halls, a swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, and other recreational amenities.
The project is expected to significantly enhance Chirala's appeal as a coastal tourism destination by attracting domestic and international visitors. It is also expected to create employment opportunities for local youth and contribute to the economic growth of the region through increased tourism and hospitality-related investments.
